Tasting Note:
The palest of straw colours, the 2009 Sauvignon Blanc boasts a tropical fruit top nose with guava, mango and pineapple lumps leading into candied violets. The palate is also tropical with pineapple upfront, grapefruit and a touch of sherbet in the mid-palate and finishing on a candy floss confectionery note. Well balanced, full bodied and dry, it exudes concentrated fruit flavours right through to the lingering finish.
